The third image analysis and signal processing international conference (IEEE-IASP2011) will be held on 21-23 October 2011 in Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China. The international conference co-organized by Department of Computer Science of Central China Normal University in China, Computer and Software Engineering Institute of Southern Polytechnic State University in the USA. It co-host by Huazhong Agricultural University in China, Guangxi University of Technology in China, Jacksonville State University and Scholars Publishing Press in the United States. IEEE Southern Polytechnic State University Chapter and Department Computer Engineering of Carnegie Mellon University in the USA provide technical support.
